Whether you have just started your fitness journey after being motivated by reading fantasy books and need some guidance in nutrition, or are a veteran of the gym but still need to figure out what to do with your nutrition, my nutrition guide covers all the basics from macros to daily nutrition habits!

This nutrition guide focuses on tracking food, how to track food for your goals and how to begin that process in combination with lifting. If tracking is triggering to you, then this is not the guide for you. I am not a nutritionist and cannot diagnose ED’s or any other triggering behavior. My experience is with tracking macros, and I want to help women that are curious about that process and need a safe place to learn that without becoming obsessive.
